Welcome to Origination Boost (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the app

Origination Boost is designed to help Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers track professional and personal goals, tasks, and business planning activities.

You agree to use the App:

• For lawful purposes only
• In accordance with these Terms
• Without violating any applicable laws or regulations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. User accounts

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. App content & data

All data you enter into the App — including tasks, goals, progress logs, reports, and business plans — remains your responsibility.

You acknowledge that:

• Results depend on user input and consistency
• We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal outcomes

4. Intellectual property

All content within the App, including:

• App design
• Logos
• Text, graphics, and features

are the intellectual property of Origination Boost by Mandi Feely Swain and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to:

• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
• Use the App to upload harmful or malicious content
• Misuse or abuse App features
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these rules may result in account termination.

6. Third-party services

The App may use third-party services (such as hosting or analytics tools). We are not responsible for the content, performance, or policies of third-party services.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if:

• The App is misused
