How to delete your account

Users may request account deletion at any time using one of the following methods:

In-app account deletion

• Navigate to Settings → Account → Delete Account
• Confirm the deletion request

Or by email request

• Email us at info@pmrmtg.com
• Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
• Include the email associated with your account

What happens when you delete your account

Once your account deletion request is processed:

• Your profile information will be permanently deleted
• All professional tasks, personal goals, reports, and Business Plan data will be removed
• Your account will no longer be accessible

Retention period

• Account deletion requests are processed within 7–14 business days
• Any remaining backup data is permanently purged within a reasonable timeframe

Exceptions

We may retain minimal data only if required by law or for legitimate business/legal obligations (e.g. fraud prevention), and only for as long as necessary.
